Please note that Park Farm Nature Reserve is not open to the public and our Llama Experiences are by pre-booking only.
They take place at times to suit you, so it could be in the morning, afternoon or evening (during the summer months), and the sessions can take place all year round, although in the winter months we may be restricted due to weather and ground conditions.
The walks take place on grass so please wear suitable footwear (trainers/walking boots/wellies).
The terrain is probably not suitable for wheelchairs (particularly when wet) but please contact us to discuss your requirements if you have a disability as we will do our best to make our experiences available to everyone who would like to come and meet the llamas.
For hen parties, educational visits etc we can tailor the visit to suit your needs. Please contact us to discuss your requirements
Sorry, but strictly no dogs please
On arrival we will welcome you and introduce you to the llamas. You will learn a little about these interesting animals and you can then choose which llama you would like as your companion. After giving your llama a quick brush you can hone your skills as a handler by leading your llama around a short obstacle course before setting off for a walk in the park. After the walk we will return the llamas to their paddock and adjourn to the patio for refreshments.
We have a selection of llama-themed merchandise for sale should you wish to take home a memento of your visit to us.
Each person will lead their own llama, but at present we have five llamas, so if your group is larger than five, two people may share a llama for a cost of £20 each.
Please Note: Sorry but we are currently unable to take card payment, so the llama experience and any purchases you may wish to make must be paid in cash
