Bluebelle (2009) is a very affable, laid-back character who loves (and lives) to eat! As you can see from the picture, she enjoys a walk as she regards it as ‘going out for a meal’!
Eva (2010) (nicknamed ‘Eva the Diva’) is our smallest llama but what she lacks in size she makes up for in personality. She is highly intelligent and tends to be the ‘spokesperson’ of the group. She is the most vocal of the llamas and if she thinks you’re late delivering the food she will stand at the fence and hum accusingly until the food arrives!
Gwinny (2009) is the biggest llama and the self-appointed matriarch of the group. She is very gentle and kind-hearted and always makes sure the others are settled at the hay rack before she starts to eat. Gwinny usually takes the lead position on a walk and sets a comfortable pace.
Smokey (2010) is a sweet little llama who likes to come up and say ‘hello’. She is happy to take the lead position on a walk, but as she is the most sensitive and reactive of the group she will often have a skip and a jump as she walks around, especially if something startles her.
Lillie is our oldest llama. We are not sure of her age but she is believed to be about 12. She is a classic ccara llama so looks slightly different to the other girls having longer legs, a longer neck and a shorter fleece. As she was the only llama in her previous home she is very independent and will stride out ahead of the others on a walk, so we often have to remind her to slow down a bit!
Nuala (2018) (nicknamed 'Noodles') is a Suri llama with a fine silky fleece which falls in waves. She is a very lively, friendly little llama who has already become a firm favourite with our visitors
Sienna (2018) (the 'Drama Llama') is the clown of the herd. She is a very entertaining character who investigates everything and already has quite a track record for getting into trouble
Purdy (2018) ('Miss Purdy') is a Tampuli or woolly llama. She is a pretty llama who is very calm and ladylike, but also very vain and loves admiring her reflection if she passes a window!
